<p>JobID: 20226105</p> <p>Category: Center</p> <p>JobSchedule:</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-03-30T18:18:45+00:00</p> <p>JobShift: 1st</p> <p>Location Type: Skilled</p> <p>Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity</p> <p>(LONG TERM CARE)</p> <p>(SHORT TERM REHAB)</p> <p>(SKILLED NURSING)</p> <p>Now Hiring - Director or Admissions - Lexington, MA</p> <p>Salary Range: $60K - $90K per year.</p> <p>Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualification, credentials and any other relevant information.</p> <p>CareOne at Lexington</p> <p>We are looking for a Full-Time Admissions Director to join our team!</p> <p>The Director of Admissions will be responsible for, but not limited to:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Coordination of admissions to the facility through generating referrals</p> </li><li> <p>Developing and maintaining relationships with area referral sources</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting tours of the facility for all outside interested parties</p> </li><li> <p>Process referrals to admissions</p> </li><li> <p>Provide tours</p> </li><li> <p>Sign in new patients</p> </li><li> <p>Assign physicians</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate all details between hospital, doctor, center and field staff</p> </li></ol> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field </li><li>Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic </li><li>Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility </li><li>2+ years of experience in Healthcare, specifically in the Long Term Care Industry </li><li>2-3 years of successful business-to-business sales experience. </li><li>3 (+) years in long term care admissions is preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated selling, entrepreneurship, and organizational skills with strong focus and determination. </li><li>Marketing experience a plus. </li><li>Must be a team player, highly organized and have a positive attitude </li></ul>
