Join us and be part of a dynamic, purpose-driven team dedicated to advancing functional food innovation and improving consumer wellness!</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Sales Coordinator is the connecting piece between the business partner and the</p> <p>Sales Team by providing support with various business needs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage B2B & B2C events including registration, managing booth fees & invoices, ordering COIs, gathering & working with the Logistics team to ship assets and any other event coordination needs. </li><li>Coordinate with various internal teams through Asana Project Management Software and Microsoft Teams to manage Event assets, timelines, and logistics. </li><li>Manage and update various Distributor Event Portals </li><li>Other administrative tasks and projects as needed. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years experience in a similar role </li><li>Physical capability to regularly lift, move, or carry items weighing up to 30 lbs following proper safety protocols. </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) </li><li>CRM and ERP experience beneficial </li><li>Project Management software experience beneficial </li><li>Self-Motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills (written & verbal) </li><li>Strong desire to get things done and demonstrate accountability with small and large initiatives </li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced & ever-changing environment </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Part-Time</p> <p>5 hour shift - anytime between 8am-5pm</p> <p>Monday to Friday</p> <p>Benefits & Company Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Team Building Activities & Company Events </li><li>Free Products </li><li>Free Off-site Gym, Yoga & Spin Rooms </li><li>Meaningful work for a company making a positive impact in the world! </li></ul>
