<p>'Be a Difference MAKER' in a new career at TANDEM LIVING!</p> <p>CURRENT OPENING:</p> <p>Full-time (8:00A-4:30P)</p> <p>The Development Assistant will complete work tasks for the Director of Development and anticipate work needs for the other Woodcrest Villa areas as required, with demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>An Associate's degree or two years of comparable experience is preferred.</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in an office or research environment; knowledge of general office equipment; proficiency in typing, Microsoft Office and Internet. </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <p>Maintain the Donor Perfect data base with transactions and necessary communications - to include data and gift entry, address correction, gift receipting, thanking, recognition, tracking, reporting, responding to donor questions, handling automatic monthly contributions, and maintaining control logs.Capital Campaigns: Prospect research, support, material development, scheduling meeting, and coordinating mailings. Volunteer Coordination for events, mailings, phone calling, etc., based on documented procedures and training.Support all aspects of the annual Golf Outing, including registration, sponsorships, communication with golf course, volunteer assignments, etc.Solicit vendors by phone, letter, on-line forms, and email for Golf Tournament prizes and in-kind gifts.</p> <p>TANDEM LIVING was founded in 1903, the Christ-based mission is to enrich the lives of residents, staff, and the community.
