<p>Job Description</p> <p>Returning UsersLog Back In</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Come work for the world's leading private employer of Registered Dietitians!</p> <p>Sodexo is seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist I-HC to come join their team at Morristown Hamblem Healthcare, a 140 bed Acute Care facility located in Morristown, TN ~48 miles northeast of Knoxville, TN.</p> <p>Incentives</p> <p>Reimbursement of Academy Dues, CDR and Licensure</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>The successful candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Have 0-3 years experience </li><li>Provide nutritional care for a variety of inpatient units; </li><li>Stay up-to-date with evidenced based practice regarding the management of acute and chronic conditions; </li><li>Works weekend rotation (one weekend day per month) providing hospital wide coverage; </li><li>Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays; </li><li>Educate health care team members, including physicians and nurses; </li><li>Precept Dietetic interns </li><li>Assist with Food Service Management as needed. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p> <p>Qualifications & Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p> <p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)</p> <p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)</p> <p>Credentials Requirement:</p> <p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire</p> <p>Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
