As a Staffing Supervisor, you'll guide and develop a team of recruiters, support over 100 teammates weekly, and strengthen our client partnerships. With a competitive salary, paid training, and generous bonuses, your potential is wide open.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead by example as an Impact Recruiter while mentoring 1-2 recruiters toward high performance. </li><li>Own and optimize recruiting strategies to drive high contact rates and maximize applicant flow. </li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term teammate retention and job satisfaction. </li><li>Oversee team operations, including payroll accuracy, training compliance, and onboarding success. </li><li>Support branch growth by generating skill markets and leads each month. </li><li>Drive performance through weekly Pit Stop meetings, coaching your team to hit key recruiting goals. </li><li>Training will involve one week at our Bolingbrik, IL, branch </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (leadership experience preferred). </li><li>Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development. </li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. </li><li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and recruiting platforms. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities using data and metrics. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred (high school diploma required). </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Onin Staffing, we empower our employees through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), ensuring you share in our success.
