If you are passionate about connecting communities through reliable communication services and have the necessary skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of enhancing connectivity.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines and associated equipment. </li><li>Inspect existing aerial lines for damages or required upgrades. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and participate in project planning and execution. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for residential and commercial clients. </li><li>Operate aerial lifts and other equipment safely and effectively. </li><li>Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. </li><li>Proven experience as an Aerial Lineman or similar role in telecommunications. </li><li>Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in aerial work. </li><li>Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Adequate physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks. </li><li>Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
