Located in Livingston, NJ, come join one of the best hospitals in New Jersey!</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.) required. </li><li>Completion of cardio thoracic step down unit technician orientation modules/class/clinical </li></ul> <p>Certifications and Licenses Required:</p> <ul> <li>Basic Cardiac Life Support certification </li></ul> <p>Scheduling Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Nights </li><li>PT </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Operates and assists in the monitoring of a patient on the Cardio thoracic Step down Unit. </li><li>Administers individualized, professional patient care through efficient knowledge and safe practice of cardio thoracic step down unit procedures. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for patient care and monitoring before, during and after procedures under the direction and supervision of an RN. </li><li>Executes special assignments with the unit assigned to them by the Nurse Manager/PCC/CC/RN. </li></ul> <p>RWJBarnabas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
