The BSM will include every building in the state with relevant building characteristics either directly drawn from, or inferred from, available data sources. Building characteristics will include those relevant to building usage, energy performance (e.g., heating type, energy efficiency), socio-demographics (i.e., household income or size of business), neighborhood characteristics (e.g., EJ designation), census geographies (e.g., census block group), political geographies (i.e., municipality), and utility networks (e.g., electric substation).</p> <p>The major focus of this internship will be to assist in accessing and analyzing detailed building data to use in the BSM.
