<p>Our dynamic and rapidly growing StructureCare team is seeking a detail oriented and self-starting Client Services Manager to service our PA / Delaware Valley territory. StructureCare, headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We believe in a strong connection between the engineering and implementation of a solution.</p> <p>The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. </li><li>3 or more years in a Sales or related role </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Working knowledge of the construction industry (preferred) </li><li>Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment </li><li>Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required </li></ul> <p>In this role you will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Acting as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships </li><li>Monitoring and managing financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory </li><li>Accountability for client deliverables </li><li>Communicating technical information and probable costs to key decision makers </li><li>Developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports </li><li>Project set up </li><li>Developing proposals </li><li>Engaging in collaborative problem solving and decision making </li></ul> <p>All relationship-driven professionals with strong business acumen are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity with a growing company.
