Sun River Health is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician I to join our team in our Wappingers Falls, NY site.</p> <p>Under general supervision uses limited experience and judgement to Performs a variety of building and maintenance duties; operate hand and power tools</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs maintenance tasks related to basic lighting, plumbing and structure of the sites </li><li>Moves furniture or equipment and supplies around health center as directed </li><li>Maintains the outside areas of Sun River Health sites as needed including sidewalks and parking lots such as snow removal, etc </li><li>Coverage of after-hours emergencies </li><li>Perform basic rough carpentry and plumbing functions </li><li>Operate gas-powered equipment </li><li>Basic knowledge of mechanical layouts (HVAC, plumbing) within Sun River Health sites </li><li>Responsible for fleet vehicle maintenance. This is limited to 1 staff member </li><li>Acts as the warden during Sun River Health codes </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education Requirement: High school diploma/ GED</p> <p>Minimum Work-Related Experience: 2-4 years</p> <p>Valid Driver's License</p> <p>Job Type: Full Time</p> <p>Pay: $21.00 - 24.35 per hour</p>
