This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, guiding implementation teams, and ensuring platform governance, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps. </li><li>Lead technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders. </li><li>Define architecture standards, development best practices, and governance models. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions. </li><li>Oversee and review implementation deliverables to ensure quality and performance. • Architect and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.). </li><li>Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and security. </li><li>Maintain health and accuracy of the CMDB and data models. </li><li>Lead platform upgrade and release planning activities. </li><li>Mentor and guide development teams and junior architects. </li></ul> <p>Long Description</p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>15+ years in IT with 12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow with at-least 5+ years worked as Architect and remaining experiences can be Consultant / Lead / Developer. </li><li>Expertise in: - ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Mgmt), HRSD, or CSM - GlideScript, Scripted APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, IntegrationHub - CMDB design and governance </li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes. </li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certifications</p> <ul> <li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required </li><li>ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS - ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) </li><li>ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) </li><li>ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Highly Preferred </li><li>ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation/Intermediate </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, ATF, CI/CD pipelines). </li><li>Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure). </li><li>Experience in multi-tenant/global ServiceNow environments.
