The manager will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.</p> <p>Ability to travel 75%+. For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent to 12 years of working experience. </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of high value consulting experience </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of public service experience </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of government finance and budgeting experience </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li>You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of experience working with c-level client executives </li><li>A minimum of 5 years of large-scale delivery experience with minimal help </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
