This position partners closely with Project Managers, regional leadership, and administrative teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining a well-organized and high-functioning office environment.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and can confidently support both technical project teams and local office needs.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Coordination & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Support Project Managers in planning and executing design and construction projects of varying size and complexity </li><li>Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors </li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment </li><li>Assist in managing project documentation, schedules, and coordination efforts to support successful delivery </li><li>Participate in both office-based and on-site project activities </li></ul> <p>Office Operations & Administrative Support</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Team Leaders and administrative staff to support daily office operations </li><li>Coordinate facility-related needs including maintenance, vendor management, office equipment, and space planning </li><li>Support office meetings and events, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation </li><li>Provide administrative support to office leadership, including calendar coordination and ad hoc requests </li><li>Process invoices and track office-related expenses as needed </li></ul> <p>Coordination, Communication & Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization </li><li>Serve as a reliable point of contact for both project and office-related needs </li><li>Foster a positive, collaborative office environment through strong communication and teamwork </li><li>Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in document control and project controls, preferably within a design or engineering firm environment </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced technology projects preferred </li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (2013 or later) and PDF software required </li><li>Proficiency with traditional project controls systems, databases, and methodologies required </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams </li><li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li></ul> <p>#LI-JV1</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p> <p>CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
