<p>As a CNC Operator you will load programs and perform operations such as sawing, drilling, and routing on the Machined Core CNC machining center.</p> <p>Currently there are openings for full-time CNC Operator in our Machined Core division on the Weekend shift.</p> <p>Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6:30AM to 6:30PM</p> <p>Could work 2 out of the 3 days. (6,8,10 or 12 hour shifts) Flexible Schedule.</p> <p>TRAINING WILL BE REQUIRED ON 1st SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 4:30AM to 2:30PM for 4 to 6 weeks.</p> <ul> <li>Possibly longer if needed* </li></ul> <p>CNC Operator: Starting at $22.29+ per hour on the Weekend shift based on experience.</p> <ul> <li>SPECIAL SIGN ON BONUS* </li></ul> <p>$3000 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.</p> <p>$100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL 1 YEAR ($1200).</p> <p>EXTRA $1800 WHEN YOU HIT YOUR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gather material according to work order. </li><li>Set parts on working surface and carry out tasks such as sawing, routing and drilling on the mill safely. </li><li>Perform required quality checks before, during and after machining utilizing blueprints, calipers, height. </li><li>gage, etc. </li><li>Successfully load CNC programs, dry run and run production parts under the close supervision of a Machined Core CNC Mill Operator II or III. </li><li>Properly align and place panels/parts on CNC working surface. </li><li>Assist other departments as necessary. </li><li>Report any CNC equipment irregularities to supervision and/or maintenance personnel. </li><li>Complete necessary paperwork and electronic data entry in the ERP system. </li><li>Accurately fill out NCMR's and submit them. </li><li>Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery. </li><li>Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment and methods. </li><li>Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. </li><li>Continually look for ways to improve job efficiency and performance. </li><li>Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>At least 1 year of CNC experience required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work overtime. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). </li></ul>
