This unique position offers three days of patient care and two days of administrative leadership-allowing you to make a direct impact both at the bedside and in organizational decision-making.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Provide high-quality patient care (3 days/week) in your specialty. </li><li>Lead and supervise assigned service lines: nursing, laboratory, women's health, podiatry, and specialty services. </li><li>Partner with the CMO to implement strategic initiatives, improve clinical workflows, and expand services. </li><li>Oversee quality improvement projects to meet/exceed UDS and HEDIS targets. </li><li>Serve as acting CMO when designated. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>MD or DO, Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, OBGYN, or related specialty. </li><li>Active South Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain). </li><li>Minimum 5 years of clinical practice, 3 years in leadership, preferably in an FQHC or community health environment. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base salary with opportunity for annual incentives. </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plan with employer contribution. </li><li>Generous PTO plus paid holidays. </li><li>Student Loan Repayment Eligibility through NHSC and HRSA programs (up to $50,000+). </li><li>CME allowance and paid CME leave. </li><li>Relocation assistance available. </li></ul> <p>Take the Next Step in Your Career - Lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.</p> <p>Submit your CV and cover letter to darius.davis@myfhc.org</p> <p>Learn more about us: https://myfhc.org</p>
