Our core values consist of Service Excellence, Teamwork, Ownership, Respect, and Integrity.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>As an Onboarding Manager, you will own the day-to-day operation of the Onboarding team, staying highly engaged in live coaching, call reviews, and performance management. You will set clear goals, track KPIs, and fine-tune processes to remove friction, protect revenue, and move new clients smoothly from first contact to full account activation. By balancing active floor leadership with behind-the-scenes planning and optimization, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.</p> <p>This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.</p> <p>You Will</p> <p>? Lead, coach, and develop Front-End and Onboarding teams, including hiring, training, and performance management</p> <p>? Drive sales performance and accountability by monitoring KPIs, reviewing calls, and addressing underperformance</p> <p>? Motivate and energize the floor through clear goals, daily huddles, incentives, and strong leadership presence</p> <p>? Manage scheduling and daily operations to ensure coverage, workload balance, and adherence to policies</p> <p>? Collaborate across departments to improve processes and ensure exceptional, compliant customer experiences</p> <p>You Have</p> <ul> <li> <p>Two years of direct management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Proven leadership experience in a sales or call center environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong coaching and performance management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Track record of driving revenue growth by managing KPIs and motivating high-performing teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments high level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership</p> </li><li> <p>Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on floor leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 + monthly performance-based incentive bonus.</p> <p>You will also receive a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits as seen below.</p> <p>?
