Take the next step in your career and apply now!</p> <p>Skills for Success</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical skills in web development and content management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </li><li>Experience managing SharePoint sites and applying accessibility and branding standards. </li><li>Proficiency in video editing and basic instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline. </li><li>Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply established templates consistently. </li><li>Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be a college student, sophomore or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Education, Information Technology, Communications, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Branding and Graphic Design: Apply branding and graphic design skills to align all materials with our corporate communications branding guidelines, ensuring a consistent and professional look across training communications and materials. </li><li>Video Editing and Creation: Edit and produce short tutorial videos to accompany job aids, using video editing software and effective design principles to ensure high-quality output. </li><li>Training Program Support: Provide coordination support for training programs and events, including preparing participant materials, drafting communications, supporting logistics, tracking participation and organizing post-session feedback. </li><li>Instructional Design: Use the Articulate Storyline program and an understanding of content creation principles to assist with simple updates to eLearning courses, perform quality checks, and support timely publishing/readiness. </li><li>Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products, to enhance the quality and efficiency of training deliverables. </li><li>Collecting and Curating Job Aids: Gather and organize existing job aids for new managers, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant. </li><li>Maintaining and Enhancing SharePoint Site: Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint pages/sites that house training materials and supplements ensuring ease of navigation, accessibility, version control and alignment with branding guidelines. </li><li>Other Duties: Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. </li></ul>
