They are an extension of the leadership team (director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and/or house supervisor) and must conduct themselves as such.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree in Nursing required, </li><li>Licensed as an RN in the State of New Jersey </li><li>Maintain current BLS </li><li>At least one year experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Range Minimum: $38.95/Hr</p> <p>Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.</p>
