We offer competitive wages, a great benefit package, plus the ability to grow and learn new things!</p> <p>Summary: Under the direction of the Aftermarket Manager, the Service Coordinator provides customer service by scheduling and coordinating equipment and personnel for the service and installation of industrial ovens. The Service Coordinator is also responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Field Service Engineers and making certain that all service resources of the Aftermarket Department are being used to maximum efficiency.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Schedule visits with customers for installations, warranty, repair, and PM services. Primary point of contact between the Customer and WOC during the repair process, and is directly responsible for keeping the customer aware of job progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Service Engineers, including but not limited to</p> </li><li> <p>Daily follow-up on job progress with FSEs.</p> </li><li> <p>Verification of parts staging for all service jobs, including disbursement/delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>De-briefing after all jobs and a preview of upcoming assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Verification of timely completion of Salesforce reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Verification of timely completion of all Expensewire reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Weekly review of efficiency with "course correction" as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide direction on all problems encountered when in the field, including incorporation of assistance from engineering specialties.</p> </li><li> <p>Review FSE expense reporting with attention to waste and excess. Provide planning direction to ensure reasonable costs.</p> </li><li> <p>Review special tool needs/maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Report on all of the above to the Aftermarket Manager</p> </li><li> <p>Arrange equipment rentals for remote service locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare ISO's for service jobs.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow up with customers after oven installations, warranty, service, and PM services to verify customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Review training needs of the FSEs and coordinate training with the Aftermarket Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Assemble meetings for review of all projects with other branches of the organization, including M&E Engineering, Production, and Sales. Lead the coordination of efforts among departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Warranty repair efforts by coordinating the activities of the team responsible for determining/designing appropriate repairs, producing/procuring needed parts, and assigning/dispatching the repair team. Serve as central contact for the customer, updating the customer as often as needed so as to minimize customer upset.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps create orders in Salesforce, dispatches orders to FSEs, and at the time of job completion, reviews and closes Salesforce work orders within seventy-two hours.</p> </li><li> <p>Advise and/or engage the Aftermarket Manager in all issues that are not correctable by the Service Coordinator.</p> </li><li> <p>Report backlog of service projects and service schedule to the Aftermarket Manager weekly.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete special projects as assigned by the Aftermarket Manager and/or Aftermarket Director.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School graduate or GED required.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based computer applications.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Lean Manufacturing or Lean Office experience</p> </li><li> <p>Thorough familiarity with Epicor, Salesforce, and Expensewire, or other similar expense software.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to train/lead others</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performance-motivated individual</p> </li><li> <p>Team player with a "can-do" attitude</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Highly developed coaching skills</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications, Google Suite.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of oven equipment/heat treating equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variable situations</p> </li></ul> <p>If you aren't familiar with us, Wisconsin Oven Corporation is located in East Troy, Wisconsin.
