With expertise in advanced surveying equipment, you'll play a crucial role in performing detailed land and site surveys for construction projects. If you excel in analyzing survey data and creating accurate maps, plans, and reports, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Detailed Surveys: Conduct comprehensive land and site surveys using advanced surveying equipment. </li><li>Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data to create precise maps, plans, and reports that guide construction activities. </li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols. </li><li>Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the surveying process. </li><li>Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of survey data, including measurements, calculations, and field notes. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD) </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities </li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field </li><li>Prior experience working with a site contractor or surveying company </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
