Learn more at flexera.com</p> <p>Reporting to the People & Culture team, this Senior Learning & Development Specialist is key in the development, implementation and evaluation of learning & development programs that enhance leadership, compliance, and careers (remote work available, some travel may be required, periodic flexible hours worked to support all employee time zones). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, a clear and confident communicator, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.</p> <p>Required Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Psychology, HR/LMS technologies, Learning and Development, or related field </li><li>Demonstrable experience in developing, facilitating/delivering training sessions </li><li>Ability to effectively design, facilitate and measure virtual and in-person training, including large and small group sessions to teams, leaders, managers and individual contributors </li><li>3+ years of experience as a people manager or 4+ years as a project/learning leader. Strong stakeholder and project management skills. </li></ul> <p>Desirable Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Experience creating and/or managing eLearning as part of a blended learning program </li><li>Experience in driving belonging, engagement, change management; Onboarding ; or Performance and Talent Management </li><li>Experience working with suppliers and managing budgets, measuring ROI and making the business cases for investment </li><li>Certification in psychometric or 360 assessment tools </li><li>Coaching or mentoring experience/certification </li></ul> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Guides/consults/coaches business leaders and employees on leadership and development plans, product training, and succession planning strategies, activities and tools. </li><li>Works with subject matter experts within the business to provide and amplify learning opportunities. </li><li>Develops and maintains training materials and resources for diverse audiences, including the development of eLearning paths, reflective journals, competency-based matrixes, end-user guides and engaging presentations. </li><li>Conducts individual and team performance consulting/facilitation sessions using assessment tools (e.g., DISC, 360-Feedback & OPQ) and best practices. </li><li>Becomes an expert in 'the Flexera way' and assists with the development and delivery of blended learning programs (including learner setup, LMS administration, event scheduling, impact measurement). </li><li>Supports with other organisational effectiveness teams as required: employee communications, engagement, data analysis, etc. </li></ul> <p>Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.?
