<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky's Center on Disability. HDI is seeking to fill a Nurse Coordinator. This position is through a contract and is within DBHDID/1915iRISE initiative.</p> <p>This Nurse Coordinator position will work as a Nurse Coordinator/UM-LOC (Utilization Management/Level of Care) and the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Daily review and follow up on level of care assessments. </li><li>Coordinate and maintain assessment schedule. </li><li>Teach additional provider and staff courses (e.g. CIR) as necessary and appropriate to qualifications and experience. </li></ul> <p>Regular work-related travel is a requirement of this position. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
