This position is hybrid, in office and WFH combo, therefore the client is searching for local candidates.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Auditor will examine Financial Statements </li><li>Evaluate Internal Controls Assessment </li><li>Compliance Checks, regulations, and internal controls </li><li>Conduct Audits </li><li>Prepare detailed report on audits with recommendations </li><li>As an Auditor, you will stay updated of industry trends, regulations and best practices in auditing and accounting </li><li>Training and Development - train and support staff on compliance and internal controls </li><li>Risk Assessment - identify potential risks and recommend solutions* Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of related work experience and education required </li><li>Master's degree is preferred in Arts/Sciences </li><li>Auditing experience is required 4+ years; Public accounting experience is preferred </li><li>Knowledge of regulations - understanding of relevant laws, regulations and standards in accounting and auditing (US GAAP, IFRS) </li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills, attention to details </li><li>Technical Proficiency familiarity with accounting software, spreadsheets and data analysis tools, basic MS Office, Excel </li></ul>
