<p>Description</p> <p>Seeking Family Engagement Specialists in Chester County</p> <p>Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, flexible scheduling.</p> <p>Compensation starting at $44,000/yr up to $55,000 depending on relevant experience</p> <p>$2,500 Hiring Bonus!*</p> <p>Join our dedicated Truancy Prevention Program as a School and Community Clinical Case Manager and help students stay on track with their education. This role provides family-centered case management services that identify and address barriers to attendance, promote academic success, and strengthen family resilience.</p> <p>You will work collaboratively with school district personnel, families, and community partners across Chester County, PA, delivering evidence-informed interventions in schools, homes, offices, and community settings. The focus is on applying and transferring interpersonal and emotion-regulation skills that foster self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and sustained school engagement-while building strong, supportive relationships between families and schools.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Skill Development & Support: Apply interpersonal and emotional regulation strategies to help students and families build the skills necessary for self-sufficiency, wellbeing, and consistent school engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Assessment & Planning: Conduct needs assessments and develop individualized service plans that address educational, emotional, and environmental barriers to attendance.</p> </li><li> <p>Family Engagement: Utilize a family-centered, strengths-based approach to empower families, reduce stress, and enhance capacity for consistent school participation.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration: Partner with school personnel, community agencies, and other service providers to coordinate support, monitor progress, and strengthen connections between home and school.</p> </li><li> <p>Prevention & Intervention: Implement prevention and skill-building strategies that enhance resilience, problem-solving, and communication capacities in youth and families.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely service records and ensure all activities adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Consultation & Training: Provide consultation to schools and participate in team meetings to support the development of effective attendance improvement and family engagement strategies.</p> </li></ul> <p>What Devereux Offers You</p> <p>In addition to a competitive salary, Devereux provides a comprehensive health and welfare program to eligible full-time employees, family members and domestic partners. Clinical Licensure, <em>preferred</em></p> </li><li> <p>Current and valid driver's license required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 1-year related experience working with children and families in fields of mental or behavioral health, child welfare, etc...</p> </li><li> <p>Hiring Bonus Requirements:</p> </li><li> <p>Payable as $1,250 at 3 months & $1,250 at 6 months (gross total)</p> </li><li> <p>New hire bonus is offered to Full-time employees hired on or after 12/11/2025. Bonuses will be provided in the pay period following 3 months (90 days) and 6 months (180 days) of employment. Employee should be active, full-time, with uninterrupted service.
