Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Dispatching and deploying technicians promptly to meet customer needs. </li><li>Ensuring response times align with company standards and maintenance agreements. </li><li>Attending ongoing training to stay updated on company services and offerings. </li><li>Partnering with service, sales, and operations teams to schedule and reschedule jobs as needed. </li><li>Managing material and equipment ordering. </li><li>Tracking technician locations and updating customers on estimated arrival times. </li><li>Reviewing, verifying, and confirming service calls 24 hours in advance. </li><li>Ensuring the call center has booked calls correctly before dispatching technicians. </li><li>Selling and renewing service agreements. </li><li>Assisting in compliance management for technician documentation. </li><li>Building and scheduling projects efficiently. </li><li>Maintaining clear and accurate communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Effective communication and customer service abilities </li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Problem-solving skills and ability to manage technician schedules effectively </li><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing services (preferred but not required) </li><li>Experience with dispatching software such as ServiceTitan (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working on a computer.
