<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Nursing Lab/Simulation Facilitator is primarily responsible for teaching clinical skills, reinforcing students' clinical skills during open lab hours, and assisting with testing/evaluating students' clinical competencies. In addition, the instructor will collaborate with and provide support for the Simulation Center and Nursing Lab Manager.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred or Bachelors in Nursing with one of the following certifications: CNE, CNEcl or CHSE. </li><li>Current RN licensure. </li><li>Previous experience in a nursing education program preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Experience in mentoring students in a structured lab setting to ensure quality and safety. </li><li>Skill in the use of medical and technological equipment. </li><li>Ability with planning, prioritizing, and organizing clinical laboratory needs as aligned with the nursing curriculum. </li><li>Interact with students, faculty, and staff in a professional and collegial manner. </li><li>Demonstrate independent judgment and management skills. </li><li>Ability to perform above duties with or without reasonable accommodation. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Shift Information: Monday, Tuesday, and an occasional Wednesday morning; hours are typically between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.</p> <p>Salary: $50.00 per hour</p> <p>Application Instructions:</p> <p>Please click CONTACT US if you need assistance applying through this website.</p> <p>Please click here to login to check/edit your profile or to upload additional documents.</p>
