As a result of these strong partnerships, we can provide our customers with an exciting, fun, and cost-saving way to bid and buy the products they love and need at up to 90% off of retail prices!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The B2B Marketing Coordinator supports the growth of BidFTA's re-commerce (FTA Recommerce) and affiliate initiatives. This role manages affiliate relationships, coordinates B2B marketing efforts (events, trade shows, communications), and ensures affiliate marketing partnerships are executed smoothly and professionally.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <p>Affiliate Management</p> <ul> <li>Onboard new affiliates and partners into the marketing program. </li><li>Maintain ongoing communication, ensuring affiliates have the assets and support needed. </li><li>Track affiliate performance, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager and CRO. </li><li>Support and execute affiliate-driven campaigns, promotions, and partner launches. </li></ul> <p>B2B Communications & Campaigns</p> <ul> <li>Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates to affiliates and partners. </li><li>Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and B2B team to align messaging with company goals. </li><li>Maintain the B2B website and execute the creation of marketing collateral (one-pagers, presentations, case studies). </li></ul> <p>Trade Show & Event Support</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate booth design, shipping, and setup for B2B events. May require traveling. </li><li>Manage event logistics including vendor communication, asset prep, and marketing materials. </li><li>Support in-person or virtual event execution (lead capture, presentations, follow-ups). </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Social Media + Communications Coordinator to ensure B2B social and community content aligns with brand messaging. </li><li>Collaborate with the Paid Ads Agency on B2B ad campaigns when relevant. </li><li>Support the Manager with special projects or new B2B initiatives </li></ul> <p>Full-Time position with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) with Company Match.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills. ness, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, B2B marketing, or partnerships. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.) preferred. </li></ul>
