Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and Develop: Build robust, scalable Android applications using Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack components.</p> </li><li> <p>Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to iterative development.</p> </li><li> <p>Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVI) and clean architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Integration: Work with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML parsing, and third-party libraries.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and ensure high performance and responsiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration: Work closely with designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.</p> </li><li> <p>CI/CD: Implement and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Gradle, and Git.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 8 years Android development experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years of Kotlin experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Skills: Android, JMS, Java, Kotlin.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and UI/UX principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity on various SDK Integration</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with unit testing (Mockito) and test-driven development.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience working in Agile teams using tools like Jira or Rally.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud integration (Azure, AWS), and security best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with modern architecture patterns and performance profiling tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to mentor and lead technical discussions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
