As an On-Call Bartender, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable experiences for our tenants and guests through exceptional service and quality beverage offerings.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver an exceptional "Arch Amenities Group Experience" by upholding our Basics to Excellence (BTE) standards, Mission Statement/Values, and Brand Standards. </li><li>Mix and prepare cocktails and other beverages according to set recipes and standards. </li><li>Manage customer tabs and accurately operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. </li><li>Wash and maintain cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and bar area. </li><li>Serve beer, wine, and food items to guests at the bar and nearby seating areas. </li><li>Check IDs to verify age for all customers purchasing alcoholic beverages. </li><li>Maintain a welcoming and safe environment, promptly addressing any guest concerns. </li><li>Monitor and manage alcohol intake of customers, limiting service when necessary. </li><li>Order and maintain stock of bar supplies and ingredients. </li><li>Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring the safety of all patrons. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and venue. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum age of 21. </li><li>Previous bartending experience preferred, with experience using a Point-of-Sale system. </li><li>Basic math skills and a professional, customer-focused demeanor. </li><li>Strong communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic approach. </li><li>Well-organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. </li><li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. </li><li>Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as balancing, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Comfortable working independently and under minimal supervision. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform actions like grasping, seeing, hearing, and talking as part of daily responsibilities. </li><li>May occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity:</p> <p>Arch Amenities Group is an equal employment opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.</p>
