<p>Summary</p> <p>Coordinates Clinical Staffing, maintains work schedules and tracks associate attendance.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Develops clinical work schedules, anticipating staffing needs, to ensure sufficient staffing for each shift within budgetary guidelines.</p> <p>Coordinates flex scheduling to reduce over staffing, staff shortages and/or overtime.</p> <p>Compiles data for reporting on financial indicators and staffing related data.</p> <p>Monitors attendance records and reports issues to department leader. Maintains time maintenance system for clinical departments.</p> <p>Confirms completion of clinical competency checklists prior to creating post orientation schedules for new hires.</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. </li><li>Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Position is primarily performing inpatient registrations, working in our Patient Placement HUB, with some additional staffing/scheduling tasks.</p> <p>Healthcare experience preferred. Registration and scheduling/payroll experience preferred. Strong computer skills necessary. Mpac/Cerner/Active Staffer/Microsoft experience preferred.</p> <p>Variable/Rotating schedule. Three 12 hour shifts per week. Every third weekend/holiday requirement.</p> <p>Primary Schedule - 7p-7a and 9a-9p shifts: Two 9a-9p shifts and one 7p-7a shift each week (7p-7a on weekend/holidays) . Will be shifted from 9a-9p shifts to cover open 7p-7a shifts as needed.</p>
