No</p> <p>County Onondaga</p> <p>Street Address Hutchings Psychiatric Center</p> <p>620 Madison Street</p> <p>City Syracuse</p> <p>StateNY</p> <p>Zip Code13210</p> <p>Duties Description Hutchings Psychiatric Center (HPC), an Office of Mental Health (OMH) Joint Commission accredited hospital, is recruiting a Psychiatrist 3 to provide clinical and administrative oversight of medical staff assigned to adult inpatient units.</p> <p>As the Psychiatrist 3, you will be responsible for ensuring inpatient treatment programs align with the clinical mission of patient-centered care at HPC including:</p> <ul> <li>Providing clinical and administrative supervision to eight (8) medical staff including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. </li><li>Mentoring and training psychiatry residents and medical students. </li><li>Ensuring treatment programs are effectively planned, organized, and implemented to meet the needs of individuals. </li><li>Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments including diagnosis, treatment plans, medication management, and counseling. </li><li>Overseeing the quality of treatment services provided by medical staff and ensuring compliance with OMH standards. </li><li>Conducting case reviews, providing treatment recommendations, and participating in treatment planning. </li><li>Collecting and analyzing data related to medication management and treatment outcomes to enhance care. </li></ul> <p>About HPC:</p> <p>HPC is a comprehensive, community-based mental health facility serving individuals in the Central NY Region.
