<p>As a Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator at Franklin Park, you'll work with a team committed to providing adequate and appropriate staffing based on budget, census, acuity and as otherwise directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator. This crucial staffing role will create master schedules, adjust openings, fill vacancies, verify missed punches and time, PPDs, assist with onboarding / training / mentorships, assist with Accushield and Point of Care, review PPE requirements, and assist with recruiting tasks, all while ensuring high quality safety standards and keeping up-to-date with federal and state regulations. In addition, this position will assist with resident transportation and order central supplies for nursing (no stocking required).</p> <ul> <li>Pay from $24-$27.60/hr based on experience </li><li>This full-time position splits each week between scheduling duties and floor-CNA work. </li></ul> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>3+ years of experience in scheduling; central supply preferred </li><li>Valid CNA license within the state of Colorado / DORA Registry </li><li>Work schedule may require weekend and holiday work </li><li>Certification in Dementia Care within 90 days from hire - training provided onsite </li><li>OnShift experience helpful </li><li>Proficient computer and math skills; MS Office, reports, budgets, and correspondence </li></ul> <p>Who We Are:</p> <p>At Health Center at Franklin Park, we're not just a place to work....
