<p>The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a dependable and detailed Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounts Receivable team. The primary focus of this position will be in processing payments from our customers and working closely with our branches to communicate any payment discrepancies or issues. The ideal candidate would have experience in a high-volume environment along with solid computer skills. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented with the ability to work independently but also as part of a small team in a professional environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li></li><li></li></ul> <p>Receives client payments via ACH, check, and credit card; accurately apply these payments to the appropriate client accounts in the accounting system and applies corrective action for resolution of exceptions.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains accurate and organized records of all payment transactions and reconcile to daily bank activity.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes and submits expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
