<p>Project management and Finance</p> <ul> <li>Support the Digital, Sales & Service Business (DSS) Planning & Support Team in effective planning, </li></ul> <p>execution and monitoring of the platform related activities.</p> <p>Project Specialists will be responsible for ensuring timely completion and adherence to the activities and deliverables listed below.</p> <ul> <li>Works directly with leadership, team leaders, and other stakeholders to execute business planning and support processes and initiatives for DSS Platform including but not limited to workforce and financial tracking and reconciliation. </li><li>Supports contract management, resource onboarding and offboarding, and invoice management. </li><li>Works with large amount of data compiling, consolidating and standardizing from different sources. </li><li>Performs data analysis, interprets data, and summarizes and effectively communicates analysis output, with insights and actionable recommendations. </li><li>Well versed with Clarity, Sharepoint, MS Office suite, Jira, financial forecasting, accounting guidelines </li></ul> <p>and practices, SDLC.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain records of all initiative and platform-related financial documents. </li><li>Act as a point of contact between finance teams, platform leaders/managers, and other stakeholders for </li></ul> <p>finance related queries.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the review and approval of vendor invoices and track payments. </li><li>Review and manage vendor contracts renewals and ensure vendors submit invoices on time with </li></ul> <p>accurate details and amount.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure time allocation of employees and contractors involved in the initiative in Clarity by working with </li></ul> <p>platform leaders and associated managers.</p> <ul> <li>Track and monitor cost of employees, contractors, software and hardware involved in the initiative. </li><li>Assist in finalizing financials at the close of the initiative, including final invoice submissions, reconciliations and financial reporting. </li><li>Provide financial status updates and summaries to key stakeholders at requested intervals. </li><li>Creation, management, monitoring, extend purchase orders, SOWs / contracts of the initiatives assigned or </li></ul> <p>work with platform leader(s) to enable the same.</p> <p>Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
