<p>Position Type:</p> <p>Student Support Services/ABA Coordinator</p> <p>Date Posted:</p> <p>10/1/2025</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>Student Personnel Services</p> <p>Date Available:</p> <p>02/26/2026</p> <p>Closing Date:</p> <p>12/18/2025</p> <p>  Additional Information: Show/Hide</p> <p>Position: Leave Replacement Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Behavior Specialist (School and Home-Based Programs)</p> <p>Student Personnel Services Effective Date(s): February 26, 2026 through June 5, 2026 Employment Terms: Leave Replacement Non-Affiliated Position</p> <p>Eligible for health benefits Reports to: Supervisor of Special Services Job Goal: Training staff, developing curriculum, writing functional and behavioral assessments, conducting an FBA, monitoring and overseeing skill acquisition, and developing behavior intervention procedures Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Arts Degree from an accredited college/university </li><li>BCBA Certification as determined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA) </li><li>At least three years experience working in a school/home/clinic setting on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and working with students with Autism and other developmental delays </li><li>Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable </li></ul> <p>Performance Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement Applied Behavior Analysis Programs in the district</p> <ol start="2"> <li> <p>Provide staff training on topics related to Applied Behavior Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct behavioral assessments for students in the district</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee ABA classes, model instructional strategies and review skill acquisition curriculum</p> </li><li> <p>Consult with the staff on behavioral issues</p> </li><li> <p>Train on ABA curriculum</p> </li><li> <p>Attend IEP meetings based on student needs</p> </li><li> <p>Provide consultation and monitoring for inclusion</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the establishment of new programs and classrooms</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Development of Behavior Intervention Plans Salary: Compensation to be determined by the Board of Education and experience.
