<p>Job Title: AI&T Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time Assembly, Integration & Test Technician who will be involved in assembling spacecraft hardware, soldering and PCB inspections, harness builds, testing of components and assemblies, and following spacecraft through environmental testing campaigns. We are looking for candidates excited about being part of a close-knit team, passionate about space systems, and with a desire to continuously learn and improve.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assemble spacecraft hardware following step-by-step guidelines. </li><li>Perform soldering and PCB inspections. </li><li>Build harnesses and wire connectors. </li><li>Test components and assemblies. </li><li>Follow spacecraft through environmental testing campaigns. </li><li>Operate torque wrenches and similar tools to product specifications. </li><li>Obtain IPC certifications for wire harnessing and soldering assemblies. </li><li>Install project-specific sensors such as thermistors and accelerometers. </li><li>Work with engineers to troubleshoot hardware problems. </li><li>Support Propulsion Module and Spacecraft Testing. </li><li>Read and follow drawings and written instructions. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>10 years of experience in relevant field. </li><li>Experience with soldering, crimping, and harness build. </li><li>Experience with electronics testing and board repair. </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. </li><li>Experience with CAD software, soldering, and harness fabrication. </li><li>Proficiency with hand tools. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Visio, Excel, and/or CAD Drawing software. </li><li>Experience with fabrication and test. </li><li>Experience with non-conformance resolution. </li><li>NASA Certifications for soldering, crimping, and harnesses. </li><li>Experience with vacuum chambers. </li><li>Good time-management skills. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role requires working in a cleanroom environment. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb a 13-foot ladder. The company offers a supportive and innovative atmosphere with a team of 120 employees.
