<p>The Big Walnut Local School District is currently seeking qualified candidates for a part-time (4 hours/day) Mechanic position, ASE Certification preferred.</p> <p>Description: Including meeting at least the minimum abilities of the Board adopted job description. Salary and work schedule to be established by the Board.</p> <p>Qualifications: Must provide current BCI/FBI background checks. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Candidates will be interviewed to evaluate relative job skills and ability, pertinent job experience, reliability, ability to follow instructions, desire to work in a team environment, job performance (past and present), attendance, and evaluations. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of diagnostic and repair skills of both diesel and gasoline bus/truck engines, electrical systems and body components. The candidate will also need the ability to lift at least 50 pounds to load and unload trucks.
