<p>In search of:</p> <p>Certified nurses OR current nursing students to fill the position of Camp Nurse at YMCA Camp Tippecanoe.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>At least 21 years of age </li><li>Nursing certification from accredited organization </li><li>Nursing students are welcomed to apply </li><li>CPR/First Aid/AED certifications required </li><li>Pass background check & finger prints </li><li>Attend orientation & required trainings for camp </li><li>Ability to work all 9 weeks for SUMMER 2026 - June to Early August </li><li>Season position - $850/week - commensurate with experience </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer first aid & emergency care </li><li>Medication distribution and management </li><li>Register & health screen campers at check-in </li><li>Organization & management of medical records </li><li>Parent communication involving health, wellness, and care of campers </li><li>Manage & maintain Health Center and first aid supplies </li><li>Active part of camp community by monitoring daily activites </li><li>Interaction with campers age 7-17 & staff ages 18 and older </li><li>Children in household encouraged to attend camp </li></ul>
