Join our team as a Facilities Lead and help keep our buildings in top shape!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead facility operations for your assigned building among our network totaling over 800,000+ square feet of workspace.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan preventative maintenance, budgets, capital expenses and projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedule, assign and perform projects, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure landscaping, janitorial and security services meet Uline standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with construction project management.</p> </li><li> <p>Record maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
