<p>This role will work closely with the director of the Center for Vocational Discovery to serve students, faculty, and staff in building programs, strategy, tools, coaching, and culture focused on vocational discovery within the four waypoints of the CVD -- identity, purpose, vocation, and location.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist director with student-focused CVD programs, initiatives, coaching, and relationship building to include:</p> </li><li> <p>Freshman Assembly</p> </li><li> <p>CliftonStrengths programs and coaching</p> </li><li> <p>Workshop coordination and execution</p> </li><li> <p>Retreats</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to students</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with administrative tasks of CVD</p> </li><li> <p>Event logistics, planning, and setup</p> </li><li> <p>Promote and communicate events/programs to students</p> </li><li> <p>CliftonStrengths platform administration</p> </li><li> <p>Tracking event attendance and record keeping</p> </li><li> <p>Communicating details with guest speakers</p> </li><li> <p>Logistics of Illuminate conference</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Pathfinder cohort as follows:</p> </li><li> <p>Creating events and opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Building and maintaining mentoring relationship with these students</p> </li><li> <p>Overall communication with this cohort</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring, logging, and tracking student engagement with program requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Work with Faculty and Staff</p> </li><li> <p>Build relationships and strategic partnerships across campus</p> </li><li> <p>Work with faculty and staff on strategic CVD integration and initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with faculty/staff training to help build and maintain a culture of vocational discovery</p> </li><li> <p>Assist faculty in coursework integration</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with CVD Research and Metrics</p> </li><li> <p>Assist director in qualitative research to measure program effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct ongoing research in the field of vocation to help ensure best practices, to create new resources, and to help create new strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Development</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain, create, and develop relationships with current and new donors</p> </li><li> <p>Explore, evaluate, and develop strategic external partnerships</p> </li></ul>
