<p>Position Summary</p> <p>As the Director of the Benefit Services Bureau, you will provide strategic leadership to the Bureau and be responsible for managing and directing the delivery and operations for the benefit services administered by the Department of Employee Trust Funds. This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the initiation and claims management of disability benefit programs, administration related to disability programs, overseeing the initiation and management of health insurance enrollment and eligibility for benefit recipients including associated premium deduction programs, overseeing the initiation and management of WRS programs for benefit recipients, analyzing data and policy, resolving program operational problems, supervising subordinate staff, and developing policies and procedures to carry out the Bureau's eleven different programs. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require.
