This role will handle client account bank reconciliation, premium reconciliation and client funding functions.</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>In office position located at 6535 SH 161 Irving Texas 75039 </li></ul> <p>What Will You Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Processes client account bank and premium reconciliations and successfully resolve discrepancy dollars. </li><li>Responsible for stop pay and check tracers. </li><li>Transmits positive pay files. </li><li>Analyzes and processes unclaimed properties and taxes in accordance with individual state escheatment/claim tax requirements. </li><li>Deposit checks into respective bank accounts. </li><li>Processes bank and vendor set-up forms. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-year general business experience, with a preference for 2-3 years. </li><li>1-year of experience in banking/finance or accounting functions a plus. </li><li>Knowledge of stop pays, check tracers, bank reconciliation, escheatment, premium balancing or payable experience. </li><li>Strong skills with organization, attention to detail, research, and analysis required. </li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to field client and vendor phone calls daily. </li><li>Advanced computer skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel and typing at 40 wpm. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus. </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer YOU!</p> <p>To support your wellbeing, comprehensive benefits are offered.
