<p>Job Title: Industrial Electrician</p> <p>Pay: $36.00 - $38.50 per hour</p> <p>Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime and shift flexibility required as needed)</p> <p>Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support plant operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and production equipment across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, highly reliable, and experienced in industrial electrical maintenance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical systems and equipment throughout the facility, including production, loadout, grain handling, and supporting buildings</p> </li><li> <p>Perform preventive maintenance on electric motors and related components</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect, service, and maintain motor control centers (MCCs)</p> </li><li> <p>Replace motors, belts, chains, sensors, limit switches, and other field devices</p> </li><li> <p>Recalibrate scales and inspect electrical components on air compressors</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and repair lighting systems</p> </li><li> <p>Support bulk loadout and packing equipment to ensure optimal performance</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose breakdowns and respond to call-outs as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Complete safety-related repairs promptly</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with identifying and ordering replacement parts</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or processing environment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, controls, and production equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts when operational needs require</p> </li><li> <p>Must provide personal hand tools rated for electrical work (power tools provided)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all safety regulations and PPE requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to attend and participate in required safety training</p> </li></ul> <p>This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable electrician looking for competitive pay and stable, long-term employment in an industrial setting.</p> <p>Email resume to amanix@blackrockres.com</p> <p>#LI-AM1</p>
