Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for victim advocacy support and/or forensic interviews to children and families of children who are suspected of being victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, or who have witnessed violent crimes. This position will coordinate services and provide referrals when needed. This position is also responsible for coordinating and providing child abuse prevention and outreach programs to adults and children in Madison County. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) grant-funded position.</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, education or a directly-related child development field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education preferred </li><li>One (1) year of equivalent experience working with children and families required </li><li>Knowledge and application of utilizing social service systems (school systems, child welfare, corrections, etc.) highly preferred </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Aspire prioritizes a work culture that takes care of employees not only at work but in their personal lives as well.
