<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage all on-site construction operations from mobilization through completion. </li><li>Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and vendors. </li><li>Manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower planning. </li><li>Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies. </li><li>Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications. </li><li>Collaborate with Project Managers on project execution and reporting. </li><li>Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and project systems. </li><li>Interface professionally with owners, inspectors, and internal leadership. </li><li>Travel continuously between project sites as required. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of ground-up industrial construction experience preferred. </li><li>Experience in industrial facilities, heavy steel, or big-box style construction. </li><li>Proven experience performing full superintendent responsibilities on active jobsites. </li><li>Willingness and ability to travel nationwide on a consistent basis. </li><li>Skills in construction management, blueprint reading, subcontractor management, and commercial construction. </li><li>Proficiency in using Procore and other project management systems. </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Permanent position based out of Long Valley, NJ.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.</p> <p>Bonus: Profit-sharing bonus structure Up to ~8%, based on individual performance and contribution Travel Package: Set per diem Company truck Paid hotels All travel expenses covered Benefits: 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully remote position.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on Apr 10, 2026.</p> <p>Diversity, Equity & Inclusion</p> <p>At Actalent, diversity and inclusion are a bridge towards the equity and success of our people.
