<p>Leasing Consultant - Student Housing</p> <p>Location: Newark, DE</p> <p>Job Type: Part-Time</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>As a Leasing Consultant for our student housing community in Newark, DE, you will be the first point of contact for current and prospective residents. Your primary responsibility is to lease apartments, support resident satisfaction, and help meet occupancy goals.
