<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Paraeducator - ELL/Bilingual (Spanish)</p> <p>Hiring for multiple vacancies across all schools</p> <p>The ELL/Bilingual Paraeducator will support students in grades K-3 by providing instructional assistance that promotes language development and academic success. This role includes working closely with classroom teachers and specialists to reinforce lessons, support small-group or one-on-one instruction, and adapt materials to meet the needs of English Language Learners. The paraeducator will help students build English proficiency while valuing and supporting their home language and culture. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, assisting with classroom management, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment that encourages learning and growth for all students.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree and/or 60 college credits or successful passing of the Para-Pro Exam. </li><li>Previous experience working in a school setting or with groups of children preferred. </li><li>Warm and supportive personality with the ability to relate to children with a variety of special needs and disabilities </li><li>Ability to maintain the rules of confidentiality and the rights of all children. </li><li>Must be fluently bilingual spanish </li></ul> <p>Terms of Employment: 10-month schedule, 184 work days, 35 hours per week.
