Apply your expertise as a Maintenance Technician in Neenah, WI.</p> <p>We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle electrical and mechanical troubleshooting across machines, equipment, building systems, grounds, and utilities. The ideal candidate will be a journeyman electrician with strong mechanical skills and experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The role requires the ability to read electrical one-line schematics, work within a preventive maintenance program, and source parts efficiently to minimize downtime.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include maintaining machinery in clean, reliable working condition, replacing motor brushes, and using a Fluke meter to test motors, circuit breakers, fuses, and contactors. Experience in removing and installing bearings, as well as fabricating metal components from raw materials, is highly valued. Candidates must be prepared to respond to emergency calls during off-hours and weekends.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <p>To excel in the role, you'll need a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, follow detailed instructions, and comply with safety requirements including wearing a respirator and other protective gear. You should also have a solid understanding of the business environment. You balance a desire to support and work closely with customers along with your passion for development of cutting-edge products.</p> <p>To succeed in this role you will need</p> <p>This role requires a high school diploma or GED, along with completion of a formal apprenticeship or technical training program in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or mechanical repair. A current journeyman electrician certification is required. While not mandatory, an associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus. Candidates should also have completed relevant safety training and hold applicable OSHA certifications, such as Lockout/Tagout or Arc Flash.
