<p>Kforce is recruiting for an exceptionally talented VP Finance/CFO to join an impressively growing firm. This role offers a very competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits package.</p> <p>Summary: In this highly visible Executive role, you will lead strategic planning, M&A negotiation, due diligence, & integration, oversite of job costing, percentage of completion of multiple projects/revenue centers, prepare operational plans, and complex project budget driven initiatives. The ideal applicant will also lead treasury and liquidity activities and serve as the point person for all banking relationships, while ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the monthly financial reporting package, including the presentations to the Executive Committee. The role requires continued focus on the impact of new pronouncements, Accounting Standard compliance, proper revenue recognition, and the ability to craft and implement ERP system enhancements to facilitate the continued growth of the firm.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Financial and operational reporting, (cash-flow analysis, profitability by project) </li><li>Direct the Accounting team </li><li>Management of general and construction accounting, (% of completion, job costing, etc.) </li><li>Manage the planning and analysis activities for each project entity </li><li>Prepare and track capital budgets </li><li>Serve as the liaison to the banking, legal, and CPA firm relationships of the firm* CPA with Public and Private accounting experience </li><li>A proven success record within the Construction/Engineering industries are required for consideration </li></ul>
