Get trained on proven systems that are backed by the support of a growing franchise.</p> <p>Hiring Immediately...Company Vehicle Provided While You Work!</p> <p>Our Installers will earn between $23 an hour, plus overtime.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>May be on your feet for long periods of time </li><li>Occasional lifting of materials up to 75+ pounds </li><li>Power tool experience </li><li>Concrete floor preparation including concrete grinding </li><li>Ability to move in awkward/tight positions </li><li>Assess and procure all equipment and materials for install </li><li>Provide clear communication with all customers during the install process </li><li>Participate in employee training with management </li><li>Drive vehicles as needed </li><li>Ensure all company property, including tools and materials, are always well kept and secure </li><li>Measure and mix materials per instructions necessary for job </li><li>Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and timely </li><li>Ensure vehicle and/or trailer are always clean and orderly </li><li>Restock and prep vehicle for the next workday </li><li>Communicate all issues regarding broken equipment, customer and employee relations, material and any other concerns to management </li><li>Other reasonable duties per management's request </li><li>Comfortable using mechanical equipment </li></ul> <p>Benefits/Perks:</p> <p>Highly competitive compensation</p> <p>"Great place to work -- All for one and one for all!"</p> <p>Health Reimbursement Benefits</p> <p>401K</p> <p>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> <p>Paid Holidays</p> <p>Sound like you?
